Situation
The main target was to find a way to increase the leads that the site was gathering without spending extra money on advertising like google ads. So we needed to find a way to increase the conversion rate with what we had already. The site was having an average of 6 leads per week for the immo form.
Solution
The biggest challenge we had was getting the existing users to convert better and making them realize that the form displayed on the page is not just another fancy contact form, but is actually a tool they can use to automatically get the price of their real estate property in seconds without waiting to be contacted by a real estate agent.
Not only that the form has become more powerful and is getting more leads, but it can also be integrated with an infinite variety of automations like automatic responses, assignment of leads to sales agents by region, automatic sms, integrating the leads with any CRM system or project manager software like ClickUp, etc.
With our new form technology and improvements we managed to achieve an average of 15 leads per week without the need for client to spend extra money on advertising. Below you can find the graph of the leads that we were getting before and after.
What we learned
Not always increasing the amount of money spent on advertising helps you get more leads, sometimes the right solution can make your actual site visitors to be interested in your services. So a combination of a decent ads buget + a great leads solution will make you get more leads, the rest it depends only on how you sell your services or products, but this is a different solution that we are working on.
